RAGCNotaar ("we", "us") is an online notarial service provider based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@ragcnotaar.com. Jurisdiction no. NL5477182EN. Our services are offered under Dutch law.

We provide remote online notarisation, legalisation of signatures and related document services via secure video sessions. Standard requests are completed within 24 hours; Express requests connect you with a notary within 1 hour, subject to availability and successful identity verification.

Certain documents cannot be handled remotely under Dutch or foreign law. If your document falls outside our scope, we will tell you before charging you.

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Standard notarisation costs €39 per document and Express €89 per document; business and volume work is quoted individually. Dutch VAT (21%) is added where applicable. Payment is due before the sealed document is released, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

You must provide accurate information, a valid government-issued identity document, and documents you are legally entitled to submit. Providing false information or attempting to notarise fraudulent documents leads to immediate termination and, where required, a report to the competent authorities.

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our service starts and is fully performed at your explicit request, you waive that right for services already performed once your session has begun. You may cancel free of charge at any time before the session starts.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for a foreign authority's refusal to accept a document, for delays caused by incorrect information you supplied, or for indirect or consequential loss.

We keep notarial records and audit trails for the retention periods required by Dutch law. Copies of your notarised documents remain available to you in your secure vault.

Complaints can be submitted to info@ragcnotaar.com and will be answered within 14 days. Jurisdiction no. NL5477182EN. These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory consumer rules point elsewhere.
